Students identify unique work-related personality traits using the world’s most widely adopted interest inventory. Categorizing interests into six themes ensures academic content remains personally relevant.

The Acceleration Planner uses each student’s starting point and growth goal to determine the amount and frequency of practice needed. As new progress data becomes available throughout the year, it updates to show whether the student is on pace and where additional time or support may be needed.

The roadmap identifies the level of content, foundational Word Study practice, and in-lesson scaffolding each student may need to access rigorous instruction and make progress.

Standards-aligned lessons across ELA, science, social studies, civics, and technical subjects are delivered at 10 Lexile levels. Students can engage with common topics and standards while building comprehension, vocabulary, background knowledge, and writing skills.

During the lesson, built-in scaffolds are available for students who need support in navigating unfamiliar language or complex text, including translation tools, dictionary, and text-to-speech.

For students with foundational reading gaps, Word Study provides targeted instruction before the main lesson. Students build missing skills and prepare for the language and complexity they will encounter in the text, helping them enter the lesson better equipped to succeed.

Teacher-assigned learning is complemented by student-selected content connected to interests and future goals, giving students more reasons to complete the practice needed for growth.
